I moved to Las Vegas from Puerto Rico in the late 70's. I started out as a Baker with clients like Siegfried & Roy. As time past, I would find myself coordinating not just only the catering portion but the entire event as well. I found myself engulfed in joy after tasking care of the client, and ensure that their day is everything they dreamed of.
Over the past 25 years there is not a day that goes by that I do not still feel the same excitement, joy, and pleasure of materializing my clients vision into a joyous occasion for all. To be honest with you, I don't think there will ever be a day that I am not happy walking through my office door at the start of the day.

My name is Alexander Ballard and I am a Wedding & Event Coordinator for Le Royal Dreams. Being born and raised in Las Vegas, I know every inch of this city and can ensure you that I will make your event unforgettable.
I have been working in this industry for a little over 8 years, proudly serving under the leadership of my grandmother, who has been in the industry for OVER 30 YEARS. When my grandmother first gave me this job I started out as a Banquet Server and have since then worked my way up to Coordinator over the years.
With my training and skills I will provide each customer with the passion, enthusiasm, and ambition to make every event one of a kind. I can ensure you, that you will be pleased with every second, of every minute, of every hour that we are in control of making your event one to remember.
